Why
Dance Partner?
The name Dance Partner represents how this discipline is approached, since the objective is to pay special attention to the dancing, unlike other techniques where strength and resistance through static positions or balancing are the key elements. The perfect combination between dance, virtuosity and acrobatics. Two or more individuals implement weight management in shared balance, adopting dynamic positions.
We propose to replace the name “partenaire” with “Dance Partner” since English is the language of our modern world. This name represents globalization, and it is easier for everyone to recognize it, which helps break down cultural barriers.
The development of neutral for-export tricks that can be applied in various dance styles is designed for the versatile dancer of this time.
