Why

Dance Partner?

The name Dance Partner defines our brand identity, reflecting our collaborative work as integral and versatile dancers. Furthermore, it encapsulates the methodology we employ when approaching dance tricks. Unlike other techniques that focus on demonstrating strength and endurance through static positions or prolonged balances, our focus emphasizes a keen attention to the danced aspect.

Through the Dance Partner Method, we define dance tricks as movements designed for exhibition to global audiences, applicable to all styles of dance, and crafted for today’s “all-around” dancer. This refers to the artist’s ability to adapt, possessing skills and competencies across various dance styles, performing with proficiency in different dance roles and situations.

We propose modernizing the term “partenaire” to Dance Partner, recognizing English as the global language of today. This name embraces universalism, facilitating recognition across cultural boundaries.
